It started as a small dream many years ago, that we always knew needed to happen. We grew up in Eccles / Monton and knew it was missing something like this.

Sophie already had a local candle business, taking recycled alcohol bottles from local bars (donated, of course) and turning them into candles and other homewares. Jay has a joinery business and has always been passionate about using repurposed materials and sustainable living.

We took what we know and love and combined everything together, in a way that we knew other people would love.

What more could you want than a place that you could bring your dog or kids, with toys for them to play but beer and wine on tap that you can enjoy too. Customers are just as important to us if they're here to refill a 100ml bottle of shampoo, to stocking up on gifts or wine.

We have the best coffee to sit in and enjoy, along with draft beer, house wines and soft drinks. We also have a range of cakes and sandwiches from local brands, if you want to bring your laptop and stop for lunch.

We have a great selection of plastic free refills, including cleaning and household products from Fill, hair and body care from Faith in Nature, then a big selection of dry foods, including herbs spices, rice, pasta, baking stuff, dried fruit, pulses and snacks.

Choose gifts and cards from local independent businesses and of course a whole selection of Booze and Burn candle and gifts, of which we are now the largest stockist (it would have been rude not to)
